Terms and Conditions for Pets Boarding at All Breeds

Admissions

Please ensure you arrive during either the morning or afternoon opening hours

Pre-Booking Visits

We encourage you to visit AllBreeds before boarding your pet for the first time; we are very happy to show you round our facilities and answer your questions at any time during our opening hours. Please ring before you visit to guarantee we have someone available to show you round.

Vaccinations

For the welfare of all our guests please note that failure to show proof of current vaccinations may require us to refuse to accommodate your pet unless we can get confirmation from your vet. We take copies of vaccinations certificates for our data base.

Dogs

All dogs must hold a current vaccination certificate for Hepatitis, Distemper, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus. We do not require Kennel Cough vaccine. If it is given it should be at least 14 days before boarding as it is a live vaccine.

It is important that you bring the vaccination certificate with you when dropping off your pet.

All dogs must come with a lead and collar or harness on please.

Cats

All cats must be fully vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Feline Influenza. We recommend vaccination against Feline Leukaemia. Please bring your vaccination certificate when you bring you cat in for boarding. Please ensure you label your cat carrier with your name & your pets name on it. We recommend putting newspaper on the floor of your carrier to aid cleaning if your cat is sick or soils the carrier whilst being transported

Rabbits

We advise that your rabbit is vaccinated, but do not insist on it. You should be guided by your vet.

Please ensure that you put a label on your rabbit carrier with your name & your pets name on it

Charging Policy

We charge every day your pet is with us.

Payment

Deposit

A non refundable deposit of £20 per booking is requested from new customers. Payment can be made by a debit card over the telephone.

Balance of Account

This is payable before your pet leaves our accommodation. We accept debit cards or cash.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 3 days of the boarding date will be charged at 100% of the boarding fee

Cancellations made within 7 days of the boarding date will be charged at 50% of the boarding fee

Please note charges are made for the dates booked & cannot be reduced for early departures unless at least 48 hours notice is given.

Medication

All necessary medication must be supplied with clear instructions on administration. We do not administer injections.

Please ensure you collect your pet during either the morning or afternoon opening hours.

Information - Boarding contract

We require all new customers to complete our boarding contract which asks for details of your pet(s) including;

  • feeding routines,
  • medical conditions ,
  • Any behaviours or characteristics we need to be aware of
  • Your vets details
  • Emergency contact details
  • Your full name and address
